Most of us in the low rent district of SOM ratings are looking for the same excitement that you are, just a few years later. Definitely no offense intended, newcomers are vital for sure, and some of the managers that I have the best interactions with have only a dozen or so teams so far.
Lord knows I am sick of losing to the same guys over and over again in the 80's leagues ;-)

I guess no one here watched the show Arrested Development?
I agree it's inappropriate, but national television allowed it. The character played by David Cross, "Tobias Fumke" had a dual practice, he was an Analyst-Therapist. He shortened it for his business cards because he was too cheap to pay for every letter. Hence the inappropriate name - and pretty freaking funny if you knew the show.
Not appropriate minus the context but it made me smile...
