2008 pre-card draft league sign-up - One more and we're off!

Especially now that the range ratings have been released for 2008, is anyone up for starting a pre-card draft? I know some leagues have already been set up and are just waiting, but I figured maybe some people were:

a. waiting for this info
b. interested in joining a second pre-card draft
c. lazy and missed those initial drafts
d. ALL OF THE ABOVE

We can discuss specific league rules later, but I was just thinking a $200M DH league with an in-depth draft (min. 20 players) through the message board. Who's in?

Great .. let's get a list going, and see how we do. Once the 12 managers are in, we'll get a draft board going in an individual league chat. For now, mark down a state lotto for draft position. I'm thinking 16, 20 or 24 initial player drafts done through the message boards, and I think we'll stick with:

200M league
DH
5/10/20 waivers

Is 200M too excessive? Some people think 200M leagues are kind of unfair, and defeat the purpose of competitive balance. I just don't want guys to draft people and then not be able to have them because of budget constraints. If you guys think 100M would still more or less accomplish that, then I'm cool with dropping the cap down to 100.

200 mil is fine with me and 20 rounds sounds like a good length also.

Thanks for joining Joey, but you have to pick a different state for the lotto since thisisray already picked NY.
