I don't understand the draft order either. Not that there's much (if any) difference between 8 & 10, but why am I not 8th and Rube #1? How did the King of the Weasels end up with the #1 pick? I just don'T understand!!! :?

It's interesting. Apparently, there are two different methods in applying the random numbers. I was equally confused by He's Meat's order determination. Looks like Agabriel and myself are used to the same application of random numbers. This is how we arrived at it -

Random # order = 2,7,8,10,9,12,1,6,5,3,4,11.
These numbers correspond to your original sign up order. So, since 2 was the first number up, PJMB, in the 2 spot, goes first. Rube, who was in the #7 sign up spot, goes second, since #7 is the second # listed, and so on. It took me a while to figure out how HM was applying the numbers. I now understand how he (and Munich Man, I guess) were applying the random numbers. In all my drafts using random numbers, I have never seen it done that way. But obviously, it has been done that way by some. You learn something every day. In the future, we will have to make sure up front how random #s will be applied. 8-)

Yep, I never even thought about your (and Adrian's) way and just couldn't see it. The way meat and myself saw it, they also corresponded to the original sign-up order, but the random numbers are the draft order. Adrian was #1, so he got the first number which is the 2nd pick. PJMB 2nd on the list so he gets the 2nd number, which is 7 so he picks 7th, and so on.

But I have an open mind. And, since this is a FZ tribute league, as The Man himself once said, "A mind is like a parachute, it has to be open to work."

So, we have an order, it's up on the draft site, so let's draft!!
