SOM College Football - Opinion

I thought before I dished out a few $$$, has anyone ordered and played the Computer Stratomatic College Football game?? If so.........what is your opinion of the game? I saw the game being offered and it seems intriguing, but I was wondering if it's set up the same as SOM NFL football.
Also, how do they account the difference from the #1 team to the worst team? Stats are all relative based on who they played that year (strength of schedule).

Just wondering.....since it's January and I'm not entirely in the baseball mode because I won't be seeing grass for a few months here in Minn.

*I was going to post this in the Bullpen....but it doesn't look like a lot people get over there.
