Live Draft Question

Are there salary caps in live draft leagues? I know the rules say there is no salary cap concept in live drafts, but the league rules list an $80 mil salary cap. Thank you in advance.

I believe all live drafts are 200 mill. In regular drafts you can have any cap from 60 - 200.
