Measuring defense and turning DPS only (no hitting consideration)--there were some great combos in this time frame.

Sure, I know, Concepcion to Morgan is hard to argue against. But anyone who has the 61 cards, knows how good defensively McMillan and Bolling were.....if only they could hit....

I'm not sure if we were restricted to ATG players. If not I'd like to just give ahonorable mention to Fregosi to Knoop.

The Philles team that had Thon at SS, Morandini at 2B and R. Jordan at 1B--

It was DICKIE to MICKEY to RICKEY....
