SITUATION UPDATE: FURTHER DELAYS

With all this extra time I have to think, just wondering if anybody has played or is playing in a fantasy leagues outside of Sporting News that they like.

Technology blows. How about if we just have Bernie play all the games by hand...rolling the dice, checking the charts. We could give him a little extra time since it takes so much longer, say 3 games every other day, but if he plays continuously, throughout the night, sitting on the commode so he does not have to get up for potty breaks, I am confident he could do it.

Since there are NO games to examine, NO box scores, NO leagues drafted, I discovered several things this morning...
1. My wife left me
2. The kids have graduated college and moved out
3. The turtle has been on his back for God knows how long---but he isn't moving.
4. I have a pile of mail here mostly saying "1st Notice, 2nd Notice, Some guys are coming to the house."
5. )I have post-it-notes on me from my buddies telling me how great my birthday parties, complete with lap-dancers that I have no recollection of, were.
6. Bush is in his second term
7. There are messages on my answering machine from my old girlfriend, Bottles Barthalomew, telling me how she'd like to "get together," she'd "really like to get together," she'll make it worth my while to get together," and "Fine, if you want to ignore me...go ahead...LOSER!!."
8. The IRS came to the door looking for me.
9. "New releases" at Blockbuster are now in the "oldies" section.
and 10. My computer chair smells funny.

I'm pretty sure I had a dog too..... :?

At least all our guys will be plenty rested. All my injuries are now cleared up and they didn't have to miss any playing time. :D

At least I can enjoy the banter here on the site. MAYBE I've missed something. Doesn't the UPDATE state that the games will be played FRIDAY night.

Curious what Update means. Do ya think I would have liked knowing that games didn't look like they were going to be run at sAY 3:30AM pct or 6:00am PCT.

I'm in the finals and wondering if the entire series will end up being played prior to seeing the games.

figured HAL would figure another way to torture when this torture ends. sure enough, some of the ATG 2 playoffs have run, and sho nuff, got swept in the first two games of the finals, and facing cy young in game three! i can wait five more days for results like that! :x
