We still have no post from Gordie - you mentioned that he psoted to the other thread but he did not that I can see. I checked his member page and he has made no post anywhere. I asked him to pick and post by 7pm and he has not posted anything. I appreciate that you guys are learning the ropes, and that's fine, but maybe you want to try a different league?

I am going to plan on replacing him if I don't see a post very soon- you have not responded or made a pick after him - are you still in???

The rest of the gang wants to move on with the draft and we have waited 24 hours now.

Guys - I have one replacement ready and promised him Gordie's spot (pick #3) - do one of you have another in case RJ does not want to hang with us?

I am going to make the change in the somdraft.com site for Gordie's spot in 15 minutes unless I hear an objection.

Then we will give RJ a little more time, but if nothing before 9:00 CST let's move on.

OK, that decision is made - now we need a second potential replacement and I need to set up a new draft I believe. The admin functions won't allow me to drop someone after the draft is started. But I don't want to set up the new one (which won't be a big deal - we've only made two picks) until we know what RJnewman is going to do.

So we will give him until 8:30 to respond - it's strange that he hasn't picked since Gordie did anyway. I'd like to help these guys but this is a joke.

And the Gordie decision won't change - jamesgang77 is in either way at #3.
