I know I've used him twice, but for the life of me I can't find the teams. Maybe that says something? Anyway, I remember he put up solid numbers in hitters parks, but I also remember he seemed to get hurt a lot on both teams. Of course, logically, he's just as vulnerable to the 15 game injury as any other player under 600 PAs and a 1-inj, in my perception he seemed hurt a lot.

He's not a very good choice for Royals, esp. with two other pitcher parks in the division. Too reliant on bp homers to be fully effective there (you lose the 6 roll and the 10 roll). If you get stuck with him, he's got really nice obp against lefties.

Jimmy Collins is a decent choice there. I would keep him and use the money to upgrade 2B, SS, or your fourth SP, if any big names are available.
