Hi Guys,

Some notes:

Team 1 will be placed in the East
Team 2 in the Central
Team 3 & 4 in the West

The draft is held on the boards and uses a 30 minute clock. I will post draft times the day before. The vets are very good about taking proxies for your times. The clock runs from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST during the week. Picks can be made during the weekend but don't skip anyone during the weekend.

You can keep as many or as few players from the teams listed as you like.

Once you pick a stadium its yours for the whole time you are in the league. Owners picking one of the open teams can use the stadium alreay used or pick one that is not in use. This is a list of stadiums already in use and what divisions they are in.

I would like to take a team...but am usure how a keeper league works here on TSN. Have been in many in years past when playing the board game and play-by-mail..so I understand that concept...just not here. Do you only play one season? Stay under cap ($80)? Max or min to drop/keep? How is draft configured?

Please let me know either here or PM and I would be glad to take a team...whichever is left even...so I guess what I'm saying is...I'll defienetely take one...but I need to understand a little more of the concept. So...you can count me in...from what I see there are two teams left...if I need to take whatever team is left...so be it. The site is runnin' a little slow for me today/tonight so I can't really research either one as best as I should.

Ok...I sorta looked at both teams...if the free agent draft goes by worse record I'll take the Eternal Keepers. If free agent draft is determined by randomizer...I'll take NY Nythawks (as long as I can rename either team).

Let me know as I want in and will take either team.

Please forward to me some rules and regulations for keeper leagues though....

Hi Guys,

Just one more to go and we can get things moving along. Thanks to those who have joined, here is what I have for the new owners and their teams:

One spot still open.

Wish I could supply better info on which team caimrisek is taking but I can't open up past teams.

As for the questions brought up:
1. You can rename teams
2. The draft for FA's is based off of last years records for teams with the worst record picking first in the first round and last in the second round.
3. You can keep as many or as few players from last years team as you would like.

Hope this posts I am having all kinds of trouble getting on. One more jump in and we are full.

I will be taking Team #2...

My three choices for ballpark are:

1. Dolphin Stadium
2. Metrodome
3. Dodger Stadium (current park)

I chose three because I didn't know if the two managers who picked teams before me got dibbs on park also...or...is first come first served...? So there's my choices in order of preference....

The team name will be "Idle Roomers"

Question(s): Will the draft be held on these threads or on Major Deegan's SOM Draft site?
