Ghost Town + No Service = Bad News?

What is going on with league formation and online Strat in general? Why in the sweet name of Penelope Cruz would it be taking this long to form leagues this soon after a new card set is released?

In addition, I sent a question to customer service awhile back with no response.

I am worried the whole thing (online Strat) is going to go under.

I notice there are far fewer people signing up for the Tournament also; about 1/4 as many as last year.

Could it be the economy? Less disposable ca$h? Has the competition increased? Maybe baseball isn't top of mind for people yet? Once the real season starts, more people will be thinking about it? I don't know. But it does seem like interest has fallen off.

I'd be pretty crushed if it went away. I don't have too many other leisure pursuits.

I haven't been in the PC forum since last year's tournament and didn't realize sign ups were underway for this year's (for over two weeks). I'm in the main forum repeatedly on a daily basis but had not seen an announcement on the PC tournament. I've obviously been oblivious to it unfortunately - maybe others have as well.....
