Rivs is going for the K's record (picking next) and the public proxy for misterg who picks next has Mantle listed #1. I think it is safe to say the next pick is a SP.

I would agree that the Rivs pick is most likely a pitcher of K ability. I will say that misterg gets his top 2 picks but we are still stuck waiting on Rivs for a 2nd pick .
