What do folks think of my squad. What should I do in waivers?

I agree with Aray about the pitchers and Pena.

You should have 4 RHSP, or at most 3 RHSP and 1 LHSP, but the lefty should be better against righties (e.g. John Danks)

Get Josh Anderson and Steve Pearce immediately to DH.

With so many good cheap 1B, I might opt to spend big money on Ryan Ludwick or Torii Hunter over Carlos Pena.

Giles is a solid option, too.

There are some good platoons. Available to you right now, I'd say Overbay / Sexson would be really good. It's a bit more expensive, but they make a quality pair. To go cheaper, maybe James Loney and Rich Aurilia.
