Credits won in a $12.50 game can be used in any game. I've bought 3 2008 teams using credits from the 2004 and 2005 games.

I think the older games need some help.I just bought a 2005 team and had the option of buying 5 for $50.It would take a long time to play 5 2005 teams so I didn't even consider it.Why not have the 5 for $50 apply to 2001-2006 :D ?I would think that would have to put a dent in the wait time to fill in all the older games.Maybe there are issues in doing this but I think it would have to increase the profit while making some of us happy.I know I'm one who can't afford to play as much as I want to.Also if you cater to the mass players (altec)as suggested,it doesn't help bring in new players or motivate part time players like me.So whats the point in cutting their profit for vets who will buy mass teams anyways?

Practical is right about subscriptions. I had made a prediction a couple years ago that newspapers would cease to exist in 10 years. Now I don't think they will survive more than a couple years. They waited to long to embrace the internet and sealed their fate by giving away their online versions. There is a real danger of TSN going out of business with the subscription model they have.

I would just like the four playoffs teams to get 1 credit. Third straight time I've won my division and best league record and have been bounced in the first round of the playoffs. :wink:

I'd be on board for that. Maybe if we could get 15-20 managers to agree on a single discounted season and buy 5 packs, we'd get a good mix of leagues for a great value. Or maybe come up with a theme league that would have multiple seasons (same card set), we could get good competition on the older cards.

Anyone interested in this theme league?
