I vote that we do 5 leagues but do one in each league.

league 1 - Standard, auto draft, $80mil cap - [b:364214c3b6]2001[/b:364214c3b6]

League 2 - Two Franchise, serpentine draft, $100mil cap [b:364214c3b6]2002[/b:364214c3b6]

League 3 - Small Market, auto draft, $60mil cap [b:364214c3b6]2003[/b:364214c3b6]

League 4 - Studs and Duds, auto draft, $80mil cap, each team must have 18 players below $2mil [b:364214c3b6]2004[/b:364214c3b6]

League 5 - ANTI Two Franchise, same as League 2 EXCEPT, you make your first pick and then the other 11 managers vote to assign you the worst possible 2nd franchise for your pairing, same draft order used in 2nd round.

the only thing i would change is you get the same 2 teams in round 2 and round 5. just different seasons... .
Just an idea so we can play each game once.

I'm a sucker for something different so count me in. I also like the idea of one game in each year/season. Start with 2001 and go up. Anyway, I'll watch this post every night to see how we are progressing and when we are ready to go. I suggest we spell out exactly which season to buy for the first one and we can email SOM for the transfer to other year.

again, I don't mind different set, but 100 mil league was not an option in 01-03, I'm not sure about the other 2.

Would like to do this. Would prefer all 5 seasons starting in 2001, then each different season after.

One question. Seems like each league starts really close together (I think you said within a week of the others). Not sure I could do this, towards the end of June when we are doing summer vacation.

I have seen leagues like this where they start the first league, than begin the next one when the first league is through half of the season? Could you put up a schedule of when each league would start?

I am going to sign up, but need to make sure I will be here so I dont drag you guys down.

Well there can't be a schedule until the sign ups are filled. One reason for the quick league kickoffs is so that someone doesn't just purchase 1 team and then quit leaving the rest of us scrambling for a replacement. Having them go quickly will make it a no brainer to purchase the 5 pack and then you would have little option but to use the credits in these leagues.

if you are going to do one of each season, I would suggest starting at the newest and moving down, as the 04/05 seasons have 100 mil
