Response to Ducapa:

I was in two of these leagues 2 years ago, and we had a 3.5 mil trade rule and it was no problem. We also had a more complex team size limit, and it worked anyway. This way, you put 25 players on your league team, and anytime you add 1, you drop 1. I think it's doable.

I like the 200m cap WITH the 25 man team limit! Also like the 3.5 m trade clause ---- otherwise it could get UGLY!!

Can I request not to be in Frank's division? Frank always seems to have some good players not on his active roster and I he sticks by his no trades within the division rule :roll:

Well, with the divisions determined by salary, you both will have the opportunity to take less than ideal teams to manipulate what division you're in! :twisted:
