I don't see any disadvantage for the Pros. My 1st round pick is almost always under 4 million anyway, and as long as the Pros can use all 80 million after waivers,..where is the disadvantage?

Now if you made it so the Pros could only use 75 million that would be a challenge. That is just my two cents.

"Pros" also have to play a 4 in the OF
