1999 2½ Team League with twist - Buster is Loaded

3 round serpentine draft.

First Round you pick a team.

Second round a team is selected for you by someone else. The person will try to pick a team for you that gives you as little help as possible.

Third round you pick a half team (hitting or pitching half) of one of the 6 remaining teams. Pick a half team that you think helps you the most.

Round 2 will be in the same draft order as Round 1 however your division mates will pick the second team for you. Team #4 will pick the second team for Team #1. Team 5 will pick for Team 2, etc, etc. Team 3 will pick for Team 12, etc. Your stadium must come from one of your first two teams.

The Round 3 draft order will be in reverse order of Rounds 1 and 2.

Use Pick 3 for draft order, lowest to highest. Pick a lotto state when you sign up. Divisions standard 1, 4, 7, 10, etc etc. 100M, DH, frenzy (no waivers)

Can this be a 100M league? 80M might make the 2nd and 3rd rounds not as exciting.
