Just to clarify, I only had the email that said, "track your order here." There was nothing telling me I had my order available. I went and looked.

I have the same problem. Looks like maybe if you pre-ordered, they didn't think about how to add the download link later. That's my guess.

Ok, just talked to customer support. Actually a nice guy. What a surprise.

He said that they are processing the orders so keep refreshing. He *thinks* that they processed the ordered Last In First Out instead of the way you would have thought. That would explain why orders today show up immediately.

He said they will all be done today, probably by 3pm EST. Cross your fingers and keep refreshing I guess.

The link to the download was sent to the email account I provided. I had it within 30 seconds of ordering today...so maybe the problem is fixed? Or maybe it's because of the LIFO aspect.

Still no link for me, so I'm guessing LIFO, stupid, what the hell is the sense on preordering if you aren't going to get the damned thing first???

When I mentioned that if you bought today you'd already have the file, he made the LIFO comment.

Since I ordered on the first day, I think I'm hosed till later. :( :evil:

Niners, you're right. I think it's a bug they have in their new system. Hopefully they'll fix it after this year.

Yup, still nothing for me, not even a response to the e-mail I sent 3 hours ago. Although I LOVE the way the background on their site changes form dirt to grass to wood to ice when I refresh the page. :roll:

Nothing here as well, but I made the order only yesterday.

It's past 3 PM now.

I went thru Paypal instead of direct payment.

My guess is I would find my file under "purchased files", right? (I couldn't find any track my order).
