Eric Davis signs for 1.49M as all others passed!
My hitting lineup is now full so the nom would slide to whom ever is next!

Schiraldi gives me nine pitchers and I'm awaiting the tie-break on Lemon.
If I win Lemon, my nomination slides to litangel. If I don't win Lemon, then I'd like to keep my nomination from Schiraldi, so if it's okay with everyone I'd like to hold this nomination until the Lemon results are in.

Lottery results are found at www.lotteryusa.com . If we use this method of tie breaking (for "pass"' ties only), then I recommend that the person who puts the player up for bid check the lottery immediately, not wait for 24 hours. Like I said before, these are not likely to be team changing decisions.

Gorshar, I think it is OK for you to hold on Schiraldi results, but be aware, you are setting a precedent. i would only like this precedent to apply if the player is a part of a rebid after a tie.
In general, i believe we talked about this earlier, and i think that even if you have bids out there, that it is good to make a nomination anyway, if you win a player you had bids on, and then you are full and your nomination is not bid on, then the player goes back in the pool.
Any other way I see would get complex with a lot of waiting.
PS, I would love to see you make a decision on the tie situation, as it could happen with Lemon.
PPS. I am waiting for the Wilson results to see how I will rebid on Lemon, Wilson is past 24, and no one can bid anymore on him now.
PPPS MJruth also has a maximum bid of .54, you only need t wait for him on relievers who are opened at .53 or less.
