Let's see: Torre, Oliver, Hebner, Stargell, Alou, Clemente, Carlton, Gibson. Plus Chuck Taylor and probably Flood for an Alou/Flood plattoon in center. OMG.

I would consider another randomizer for the player draft if the majorirty want that. In reality we will all be just filling holes. I am not sure there will be a huge advantage either way in the player draft. Plus the serpentine factor weighs back the other way too.


I will go w the group but am inclined to proceed as we advertised.

We have 7 picks to fill, I'd say keep it as is the serpentine factor should be fine as the guys like ggrover and gfdwarf will be better off with picks 12/13 then 1/24 anyway....

my opinion of course.......but I'd say leave it as was stated in the original rules.

I had a tough decision between the Pirates and my two teams (WSox and Mets), but I seem to wind up with the Pirates or Reds every time we run a team theme. Time for a change, even if it means struggling to get to .500. :wink:
