lack of good fielding 2B in 90s

seems like there are very few servicable 1s and 2s at 2nd base in the 90s. Anyone else think so? Or am I just destined to start Pat Kelly on every team.

2B and SS are the same way. By the time you get down to the 12th 2B or SS that is rated a 1 or a 2 you are around 1M in salary. A few teams may opt to go for the 3 fielding bat at one of those positions instead of a 2 fielder with a .195 BA.
