rule clarification: Since we have plenty of nominated catchers and starting pitchers, there will be no limit on the number of Catchers and starting pitchers each team can take in the draft. The only exception is if it would make it mathematically impossible for a team to draft the required 5 starters and 2 catchers. Also, we are drafting complete teams so each team must draft: at least 2 catchers, exactly 10 pitchers (including at least 5 that can start), and exactly 15 hitters.
