It's been four hours since the last pick -- at what point should we say it's okay for a skip? (I realize the site was down for around an hour and a half, so that should be taken into consideration.)

Al, have you still got the emails? ive been gone since the last pick posted, proxied for the day...and bupkiss. didn't realize the sight went down AGAIN! thank god I wasn't around...i must have hit f5 and refresh well over 100 times last night...to no avail of course. well, until 1:30ampst. this REALLY fouls up a live draft :evil:

... in fact, I have sent a couple messages his way this afternoon. With all the crap with the site today, I'm not opposed to leaving the clock off until tomorrow. It's not like we are going to finish this thing in time to get our teams entered and uploaded by this Friday night anyway...
