That was tough to decide. I didn't really want Bonds and his big $$$ salary in the $80 million years, but what the heck. Every player left has a hole or two over the five years span. I'm going to have to study a little extra for the future rounds to fit under the low cap in the first two years. Is there a rule regarding a keeper needing to be carded in a certain number of years? I know there has been in previous leagues.

[b:83973fb38e]Yes, must be carded in 3/5 years.[/b:83973fb38e]

Previous it was 4/5 but found that daunting for a lot of guys so in an effort to make an easier draft relaxed it this time around.

That being said, I would have taken Bonds if my current 2004 team wasn't sucking big *** with him in. Had a good hitter draft in that league, but got shafted on all of my pitchers and can't pitch to save my life. Didn't feel like going trough that cap handicap again :P

Well I thought I better get a pure Def team. That is why I took Manny. Great def all around... Wait he can not play any def.. Well back to the drawing board for me...

DJ -- I'm glad you made the 'Bonds Decision' easier for me. That is a beast of a card that is really fun to play ($80 mil cap not withstanding).

I've never really used Edmonds before. Now I'm going to use him 5 years in a row. Can't wait!

Having problems on the draft thread. Put me in for Abreu - RF and J Santana-SP. Thanks, Gary

Abreu us may fav and I almost asked the guys at the bottom to switch positions with me. Probably should have :P But RF is the most stacked position in terms of guys with 4+ seasons of decent cards, I couldn't take one that high.
