2 1 D.Ortiz 1-5 Fly Out (RF) b-0 bpHR 1-7 F9

Ortiz's card for 1-5 is: #5- fly(lf)B?

If this is a bpHR roll I am assuming tht the final roll of the dice (or flip of the card) would have been over 7. But how does he flyout to right, and what does the B? mean?

Many thanks in advance. Still learning.

I can't explain the LF. The B means that if you have a runner on 3rd base with less than 2 outs it would have been a sac fly with the runner on 3rd scoring and Ortiz getting a RBI. On your pitchers and batters cards in the gray area is [u:571fb092e3]How to read a strat card[/u:571fb092e3]. Click on that and you will find information on the fly ball and much more.

At least in the super-advanced board game, a failed ballpark HR by a lefty is to RF, and a failed ballpark HR by a righty is to LF. Dunno if there are computer-only rules that add a little variety to that; there might be. But in any event, I think it is the rule rather than the exception.

Note that, if you're playing with ballpark effects, you totally ignore whatever follows the # or ^, so what it says there is really irrelevant.
