Seems a little different than the original L. Pope Theme league, wasn't it originally a franchise league?

No, I made some major changes but it never involved starting out with a franchise, just players from certain teams. Since our current season was franchise specific I wanted something different. The third season we can do something franchise related, that's still to be decided by everyone else(not me, I'm done with proposing theme leagues after this :roll: ).

As far as the cap goes- I've had several different suggestions about the cap, don't think I could make everyone happy even if I tried. We voted on 3 options and $100 was the winner by an overwhelming margin so I'll go with that. Since most of the eligible players don't have high salaries I don't know if teams will use up all their cap space anyway.
