After this round, everyone will have 25 players. I see no reason why we could create and start the league while the scrubs are being selected in the final rounds.

In the past we have set the league up as a waiver league. That way after waivers everyone should have the 28 players they want and everyone else is a FA.

I thought we had exclusive rights to our draftees, whether or not they were on our roster?

I'm willing to negotiate this. What do people think about what happens to the players that don't make the top 28 after the waiver period?
