Loading the league is taking longer than the 31 round draft! If the Commissioner OKs it, can I fill out the Central if Aray doesn't fill by tonight. I am hitting the road in the morning.

Try and wait as long as you can before loading. If you're on your way out the door and the Central isn't full, go ahead and throw your team in.
