Municipal Stadium '57 4 4 6 15

Thanks. I always wondered, is it KC Municipal or Cleveland Municipal? The picture is Cleveland but the seating capacity makes me think it's KC.

I got a lotta time on my hands... :)

Interesting catch. I have no idea which one. For this theme all the municipals are lumped together because they have the same exact name.

Great park, but it kinda sucks to have the 12th pick though.

2 questions:
1) We'll have to have a 140 mil league with a 110 cap.
How does the FA pickup penalty effect this?
It doesn't seem right that I can do pickups as long as I stay under 110. Would think you would have to maintain 30 mil cash available?

2) Are the new players going to be eligible - they won't be on DD but will prob be in the FAs. If so, I guess u only have to draft one of the players to get the new player.

1) 30M balance at all times seems fair.

2) Yes. If you draft Hornsby, you get your pick of Hornsbys, new or old. Thus, I pick third and have no shot at Hornsby.

[b:eb4b70f5a2]140 mil league with a 110 mil cap.

Must maintain a 30 mil balance at all times.

New player cards are available to anyone, those not available during the draft will be available during the frenzy.

If you draft a player with a new card version arriving, his new card is also yours, just like the Hornsby example. [/b:eb4b70f5a2]
