just to be clear on player eligibility: in the case of a player like killebrew, when i click on the twins franchise only one killebrew appears on the franchise list however when i click the killebrew card other cards are listed that are also for Minn but are listed in the WASHINGTON/MINNESOTA, POST-WW2 ERA grouping. am i correct in assuming that those other killebrews are not eligible for use by my team?

You are correct in your assumption about Killebrew. And other than Babe Ruth the autodraft will be the deciding factor for who gets to use a player that has multiple cards with different franchises like Frank Robinson for example. Correct?

I assume there is no trading - the only players allowed on your team are those that are carded to those teams?

Hold on - is it where the player is carded or which grouping he is in?

You can only select players that are carded to your franchise........

So I have the Giants and Mariners...I can select any player that is carded to those teams...If a player is carded to multiple teams then the auto-draft will decide the outcome...but remember the player can only be from your franchise to be eligible... Hope that is as clear as mud

There is a possibility of trades involving nel'ers and multi-team cards...

you have Gibson with the Cardinal francise...I have Hornsby with the cubs...

I trade you Hornsby which you convert to Cardinals...I get Gibson and must drop one of my NEL'ers since I can only have two...Make sense

Maybe it's just because it's a Monday or perhaps I'm growing conspiratorial here, but doesn't the type of trade just discussed put us perilously close to collusion?

I can foresee this as a way to make an end run around the ordering of Nelers in the draft. In a regular league, theoretically any trade is open to any of us, but here such trades are limited to teams with multi-team players that gives them an edge not available to the others.

I appreciate other thoughts here and it's by no means a deal-breaker to me, but just my thought on the matter.
