Since I have SUCKED with this card set, I'd prefer not to do another, but doing something really different like a $200 mil league has some interest.

I'm in if everyone else is, but I don't mind waiting for the next set.

Ditto; $200M or lets try a $60M 24 league and invite in some scrubs!

No interest in $200M in a draft format. Too much advantage for early picks in the draft.

Following AT's lead:

Team Awards

MVP - Gosh do I have one? Probably the much maligned Dan Uggla.
Unlike AT, i didn't get solid performances from many players. Uggla put up a 270 .368 .460 line and scored 99 runs with 82 RBI and 30 HRs. Probably about what you'd exect.

CY Young - Myers
One of my few players who may have been a bit better than you would hope. Obviously pitching in AT&T instead of MM helped.

Rolaids Relief - None
The only RP what did anything close to what you would expect was the guy with 16 IP. Wilson and Downs combined for 225 IP and posted a combined ERA > 5.00. Probably the biggest reason for our suckage was that our pen was absolutely horrible across the board.

Pleasant Surprise - Andres Blanco/Santiago
Blanco Hit 271 with a 343 OB in a platoon role while Santiago was .295/363 v LHP. A close second was the CA platoon of Zaun/Paulino that sucked on D, but performed close to expectations at the plate. Speaking of their D, the SB% dropped from 90 to 80%, much more in line with expectations and we weren't that far ahead of Accents and DT for total SBs.

Disappointing Performance - Pujols
Where do I start? Albert was the most obvious, but Werth and Hunter were equally bad. This in a park that favors RHB and facing a LOT of LHP. Big Al's numbers: .223 .302 .462 overall and .217 .282 .417 v RHP! The Wilson/Downs combo and Verlander aren't too far behind.

I'm not in love with 200m either in this context, especially picking last.

How about 100m and off we go?
