Can someone point me to when does the transitions happen from 5 to 10, then 10 to 20?

"Free Agent Drop Penalty (Salary Cap Auto Draft leagues only)
This setting is how much of a player's salary is withheld from the amount of money you are credited when you drop him to the free agent pool after the season starts. I.e. If the standard 20% is in effect and you drop a player whose salary is $1,000,000, you'll receive $800,000 for your team funds instead of the full million.

practically this means after day 13 (39 games played) there is a 5% penalty, but after day 14 (42 games played) you are at 10% penalty....
