Wow---I feel lonely out here in a league all by myself. Hello....hello..Bueller....Bueller...

Division assignments should be as follows according to the rules:

I'm running out for a couple of hours but will get him in today sometime as long as the rest of the Central is loaded.

That worked out well. I honestly didn't know if I would be able to continue the other day.

My foot was killing me. I could barely breathe it hurt so bad. You know what the main problem was?

I had my foot wrapped too tight (plantar fascia)! Yeah. hahaha It's funny now!!!! Felt like it literally was going to explode though. Doc told me to keep it wrapped but said nothing about how more tape constricts the foot more. Oh boy, did I ever find that out the hard wAY. :roll: :shock: :twisted:

derfs...as an avid runner, i cringe everytime i hear about foot injuries. glad to see there is an explanation for your extreme foot pain. Now that you have that settled, you can join me and my wife for a nice laid back half marathon here in Boise on Saturday.

If I were ever to crawl through a marathon it would be cool to do it in Boise, Idaho. Sounds like a nice place to have such an event.

Just stretch your feet before any running and also soak them in warm water with epsom salts....before running. Ice is good right afterwards of course...if you can stand it.
