Question...

If a player who was listed on your "Do Not Draft" list is NOT being used, can he be used by the team he's not supposed to be on?

ie. I have the Tigers EXP. I wasn't suppose to draft Ruppert Jones. But he's not being used.

The idea of the 36 team tourney was to pretend each team was comprised of unique players.. I know by having to do 3 rounds it is tempting to grab players who are not being utilized, or even assigned in the current season.. I want to stick to the "DO Not Draft list, meaning, do not draft under any circumstances. Although it will not happen with Ruppert Jones, we want to avoid the possibility of a player playing for one team, then playing on the roster of a different team in the championship round.
