2012 Players Championship Sign Up Thread

While the Final League for 2011 is winding down, it is time to kick off this year's Players Championship.

We will be using the same Events as last year but changing the way that the Finals League participants are determined. For this year, the top 6 players after 5 events will receive Automatic Bids to the Finals league. The remaining 6 spots will be determined by 3 Semi-Final Leagues in which the Champion and Runner-Up will receive bids to the Finals League.
