HAL @#$%&*$#

Here is one for the ages. I am losing 2-1, Norwood Gibson pitching for my Blue Stockings in the top of the sixth, gives up two runs in the sixth, now I am losing 4-1, Gibson is the second batter, leadoff single, HAL lets Gibson bat and stay in the game. Fortunate for me Gibson singles and he contributes to a three run inning. HAL leaves him in, I have Luis Salazar on the bench to pinch run, Salazar stays on the bench. I do score three runs to tie the score, in the eighth inning with Gibson still pitching I score three more runs and force a game five semi-final showdown. Gibson pitched eight innings and HAL had multiple chances to pull him in the sixth and eighth inning. I will take that to the bank. HAL screws up to my benefit. The only thing I could think of is that Gibson laid down a bunt and beat it out. , why would HAL leave him in to swing away, down 4-1. Whatever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Might depend on your settings in the managerial area ot the settings on Gibson's card you have . If he's slow hook then he's not coming out if Hal can help it .

I have had some of the greatest pitchers of all time get pulled in the fifth and sixth innings in close games. Controls set on conservative, slow hook, etc, etc, etc,

Same here. Have had HOF pitchers pulled in the 6th inning of close games with no-hitters going on more than one occasion. Frustrating......

Hey Coach! At least your still in it! My team is out thanks to PJMB. Good luck against a tough Red Sox squad!
