THERE'S A NEW ALL TIME HOME RUN RECORD!!!

THERE'S A NEW ALL TIME HOME RUN RECORD!!!

Postby egvrich » Sun Sep 25, 2005 7:57 am

I posted about this team on the old boards. I figured I'd update you all at the halfway point of the season. My boys are currently on pace for [b:c8d266733e]554 HOME RUNS[/b:c8d266733e] which would easily break the old record.

They are also on pace for a .606 slugging % which would also put them in the top 5!

[b:c1db2a43c1]UPDATE[/b:c1db2a43c1]

70% Through the season (114 games) and on pace for 520 Homers which would best the old record by 40 or so ............ :P

Heading into the home stretch. All division games left. 18 at home. 6 in Yankee 27 (17 BP HR) , 6 in Sportmans (9 BP HR) and 6 in Fenway '46 (11 BP HR).

I think the odds are strongly in my favor to break the record.

12 Games left in the season and on pace for 512 Home Runs. Currently at 475 which is only 3 less than the record. It should fall tonight since we have a home series.

Gotta Love Polo!!!

The record has fallen, after last night's action, we stand at 484, a new record. Three nights left, with any luck, we should finish somewhere between 500-520.
