Understood. That's why a 6 hour clock works I think. Just enough time to cover all that and still get some picks in.

If I know Bill, he is out somewhere toasting the Niners' draft day. I love Vern Davis at TE, and the tape of the Lawson kid from NC they took at DE looks a like like Javon Kearse....could be some good stuff for next year...

Can't believe that NC St. put 3 DL into the first round. Either Mario made the other two look good or vice-versa. Something ain't quite right there.

Their offense musta sucked.

After the weekend is over I am going to shorten up the clock for next week.

Well, Verlander shut down the Twinkies today.

7 IP, 6H, 2 BB, and 4 K's. ERA is down to 3.52 <big sigh>

Meanwhile, Liriano got hit hard in Mop Up: 3 IP, [b:ef7d94effd]8 H[/b:ef7d94effd], [b:ef7d94effd]5 ER[/b:ef7d94effd].
At least he walked none and struck out 5. :roll: <bigger sigh>

Oh yeah, and Granderson went 3 for 6 and hit his 4th homer, driving in 3.
