Yeah, the pen looks like it could use some work.
You could also use some LH bats, you are pretty skewed to the Right.
It is nice to pick up the -3 arms at catcher to prevent the stolen bases, but, then again, I never have played in a league yet where a team won just because they had good base stealers. I have had better luck with catchers like Jody Davie, Ernie Whitt, guys with 3(0) ratings, but with pop.
McGee probably won't help you much, you are going to want to score runs, not have defensive replacements.
Wrigley is a hitter's park, and your hitters probably don't have the oomph to keep you in all the games.
(And your BP doesn't look likie it is going to keep you in those games late either.)
Clark, Joyner, Molitor, all helpful. Bell and Hendrick are very similar, I have had luck with Hayes, but you won't get much from Thompson, SS or Boone. Just seems to leave too many holes in the lineup, especially when the opposition trots out Righty after Righty against you.
Of course, a lot has to do with what HAL has planned for your league, watch how they play for you and adjust accordingly.
