Responded to all. Bush/Greene is a go.

The problem with the PM's, Sandlot, is that I forget to check them. I used to receive notification, but I don't see that option now.

speaking of the blueish envelope... how do you get it to go away? I have deleted all messages in the PT Box but the blue envelope is always there

It means you have an unopened letter somewhere.
