Can this lineup win?

I will play at Petco and the other parks are Citizens Bank, McAfee, Busch. Mostly righty starters on opposing teams in division. I love speed on the base paths and obp.

There is wasted money for a PETCO team IMO. Beltran won't do diddley in PETCO. All he is giving you is defense. You have to have a couple of power guys but not too many or you loose your home field advantage. You want the other teams to be loaded with HR guys that die in PETCO, not your team.

I would dump Bay, Berkman & Beltran. Brian Giles would be money much better spent in the OF vs Bay in PETCO. If not Giles then Winn or Michaels. Another suggestion would be to move Figgins to LF, Cabrera to 3B and get Lugo, Graffinino, Brady Clark, Alex Sanchez or Michael Young (and there are others) to DH.

How about Nick Johnson or Graffinino at 1B or even a Louis Gonzalez/JT Snow platoon? With the money savings get one of the good hitting CF like Duffy, Damon, Dejesus or Sizemore. Cory Sullivan would do better than Beltran in your park too.

Anyway here are some ideas. :idea: They may not be good ones but they are the best I've got. :)

I have a trade offer for Giles in involving Bay. Damon and DeJesus are available at cf. Which would be better option? Also, Lugo is available to dh. I've used him at dh and have had good reults so i dont have a problem using him there. Utley, Griffey jr., and Tracy are also available to dh. Also, would Varitek be a waste of money to catch at Petco? He is available and i know he'd be an upgrade over Ausmus but would he worth the money to upgrade?
