Extra cash suggestions

What do y'all think I should do with my last 1.5? And yes I know my OBP is woefully inadequate. I'm trying an experiment with good starters, and lots of BP HRs in Huntington. With my SP, do you think upgrading the BP is worth it? I just don't see any good hitting upgrades in my budget :?

Lots of hitting upgrades IMHO...

McCauliffe (Ferris) - Free up some more cash
Davis ( Cash)
Grubb (Oglivie)
Rosen (Buford) - To leadoff
Bauer (Ennis)
Peckinpaugh (Ripken)

Would give you a leadoff, 3 lefty bats with pop & 3 righty bats with pop.

Hmmm...Ferris, never tought about that. Cash..on MOST of my teams...Oglive...Benn thinking about the possibility...Ennis and Ripkin..if I only had the cash! Thanks for the suggestions! I'm a thinking on 'em.

Drop your 2 expensive IF backups and downgrade (?) Murphy to Dayley and that's all you need.

Or, keep Murphy and drop Brouhard to Pafko or Lacy.

you could even consider upgrading davis at first to money. money is same injury risks but will flat out mash. then find platoon mate that mash the other side. just a thought.

still think you need more lh pop also. i hope bob lemon does well for you. im trying him myself for the first time. and advice to me has been mixed reaction. have you used him before?

I LOVE Lemon. Used him on maybe 10 teams. Reverse RH, with no HRs, good hold, can hit, and has the full complement of DPs on his card. Yeah, I know I need more lefties, that's why I dropped Doerr for McAuliffe, but I do need another. Cash seems like the obvious answer, but I use him a lot and I'm getting bored with that. Thanks for all of the suggestions guys! I have some decisions to make today I guess .
