Is this a frenzy or waiver league?

Kevin, this one, is a pretty standard league 80 mill, no dh , waivers.

It is a continuation of sorts, I set this league up, invited some of the best (in my thoughts), to a league. The worst record in the league, is out, the best record, gets to invite the next guy, and the winner of the previous season, gets to name what kinda league it is, ie., CAP, Waivers/Frenzy and the such.....

And no, I am no longer in the league, I got my ass handed to me the first time out, and was gone after the first season. I believe this is the 3rd version now....
