Instead of 13, it's changing to...

6-4-3

Thanks for blowing it for us man.

If you don't like the Yankees, it's always good to see The Cooler come up to bat in the playoffs.

I guess you have to say "clutch" and Alex Rodriguez is now considered an oxymoron! :D

I watched the yankees all year long and A-Rod is a classic pile on artist. He's had big games that drive up his numbers in 10-2 thrashing of opponents but consistently in big games at pressure packed moments... he totally blew. I'm sure I'm not saying anything terribly new here but I just gotta vent... This guy drive me crazy.

Ok, so this all about A-Rod. If U guys were watching the same games as I, then blame also falls on Sheffield and Matsui inablilty to get a CLUTCH hit when the Yankees had OTHER opportunities to score. Also did Bernie miss a hit-n-run when Cano was thrown out stealing and if so why was Torre putting the hit-n-run on? Santana obviously didn't have his control when he came in. But its easy to pick on A-Rod and his $25M cotract and bash him. Yankee haters find it easy to pick on him, but if he was on your team U would love him. The Yankees and all their millions are a flawed team no doubt. Money not spent wisely. Oh well I wonder what the off-season brings to Yankeeland. Cashman moving on, Torre fired? Mt. Steinbrenner is sure to erupt.

Frank, you're right, Matsui and Sheffield also didn't perform to their expectations. But this wasn't a thread about them. And if I'm not mistaken, this thread was created by a Yankee fan. But you have to admit, A Rod is THE free agent player on that team.

of course crosby and sheffield not communicating on what looked like a catchable ball didn't help!
