[quote:4569732edb]Doesn't TB exclude walks and HBPs? If it didn't you could not have TB values below OB values, such as Klesko vs RHPs.

Sure it does. But by definition, slugging percentage is a percentage, that is, the result of a number being divided by another number. This other number, the divisor, is the number of at-bats: slg = TB / at-bats. In order to get the right number of AB in 108 chances, you have to count all chances that are either hits or outs--in other words, exclude the walks from the 108 chances.
So what you are missing is that 108 chances is not the same than 108 at-bats (except for players with zero walks).
[quote:4569732edb]Do the TB chances include any averaged BP influence?[/quote:4569732edb]
No. However, the BP chances for Konerko are NOT 6 vs L, and 5.8 vs R. These rather refer to chances of direct homeruns, and are fully included in TB. BP chances are rather the chances of #, like here #10- HOMERUN . Konerko has 8 BP vs lhp and 7BP vs rhp. These are not included in the primary TB furnished by the disk. In average stadium (50% of sucessful homeruns), the 8 BP is equivalent of 4 chances of on-base and 16 chances of tb.
