Don't jump off the bridge yet. Guys, I believe the numbers on these cards make this one giant math problem. They don't have souls. Do the math, diamonddope rates Killian right around the same ratings as Dinneen, Zachary and a tad better than Dizzy Dean, his card is significantly better than Whitey or Brecheen. Now Fenway will kill almost everyone. I have seen grown men cry in Fenway. Garcia, Ames, even Three Finger with eras approaching 5.0. I have used Killer three times, went to game six of a series with the Killer. Always at or above .500 with wins and loses. One year had a 3.5 era, others were 4.4 and 4.9. He is a solid number three or four starter. Don't get scared off. I routinely use four day rest starters in 100 mil leagues. I usually go with Reulbach, Lanier, Lundgren or Taylor, then Killer, then a cheapo like Zahniser or Winter or Gibson. My homeruns are always significantly lower than my own offensive homeruns. Killer can throw 8 innings and there is a .3, homerun on his card. Relax.
